The island run starts before the first show, with freight timing, ferry manifests, and a leaner lighting package.
Tasmania changes the shape of a tour before a single note is played. The backline has to be counted twice, the ferry manifest has to match the cases, and every loose merch tub suddenly matters.
For Hobart, the crew is trimming the lighting floor package without losing the mood of the East Coast Run. Less footprint, same voltage.
The goal is simple: arrive with enough margin that the first Odeon Theatre load-in feels like a show day, not a rescue mission.
